Warranty & Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - if you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you.
Please include a copy of your packing slip or order receipt with any returned items so that it can be identified upon return. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable shipping method, so as to ensure the return order's arrival back to us. Please see our return address below. Primo Lights does not cover return shipping costs. Return shipping labels and call tags are not issued. Returns must be received to our warehouse within 30 days from when your order was received to be eligible for a product refund.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Products will be refunded the cost of the product at the time of purchase. Any product that has been un-packed and installed will not be accepted for return -- items must be unused and in their original packaging. Unused, new, clean items may be shipped back for a refund. Primo Lights allows refunds for up to 30 days from the time you received your purchase to the day it arrives back to us. Refunds typically take 4-7 business days to process upon return of your items.
All items sent back via Return To Sender will be deducted the return shipping cost. Return To Sender shipping is not recommended, as there is a higher likelihood of your package being delayed, damaged, or lost during shipment. Although return ship costs are not covered, there is no restocking fee.
Holiday Return Policy: We do not accept any returns on products ordered between November 15th and January 1st.
Defective/Damaged Item Policy: Defective/damaged products under warranty and with documentation can receive free replacements. Please just contact our customer service.
If a replacement is not wanted, a defective or damaged item can be mailed back for a refund via our standard return policy. Primo Lights does not issue return shipping labels or cover the return shipping costs on a damaged or defective item that the customer wishes to return for a refund.

We warranty our products to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Primo Lights assumes no responsibility in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, costs relating to removal, installation or re-installation of the products, or damages for personal injury or property. These products may present possible shock or fire hazard if not installed properly. This warranty is voided for products not installed according to current local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
When products are improperly installed, subjected to electrical overcapacity, damaged due to inappropriate handling, submerged in water, broken or have been disassembled the warranty is voided and the items cannot be not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
