We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase - if you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase so that we can help you.
You must complete this form for a Return Authorization within 14 days of receiving your order. Products returned to Primo Lights through no fault of the company may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any product that has been un-packed and installed will not be accepted for return - items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping your order. Allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit - all returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Holiday Return Policy: We do not accept any returns on products ordered between November 15th and January 1st.
Defective Item Policy: Defective products may be returned directly to Primo Lights, and will be replaced for no additional charge.
We warranty our products to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. Primo Lights assumes no responsibility in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, costs relating to removal, installation or re-installation of the products, or damages for personal injury or property. These products may present possible shock or fire hazard if not installed properly. This warranty is voided for products not installed according to current local codes and/or the National Electric Code.
When products are improperly installed, subjected to electrical overcapacity, damaged due to inappropriate handling, submerged in water, broken or have been disassembled the warranty is voided and the items cannot be not be exchanged, returned or refunded.
